what is your return policy?
The Saved by Grace Co. Shop holds the standards for our products super, super high! I want you to be 110% happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your orders, please send me a message via the Contact Me page.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be refunded. If there is an issue with your custom order, let's work together to make it right.
If your apparel was not the size you need, please contact me WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS of receiving so that we can exchange. Customer will be responsible for postage to send back to the SBG shop, however I will pay shipping to mail it back to you. It's a win/win!
Due to the nature of apparel, you must send your item back within 3 business days. If I do not receive within three days, I will assume you are content with your order.
I cannot accept returns for:
- Items with stains
- Items that have been worn
- Items with damage
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- To fulfill your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
do you offer custom signs?
Absolutely! This is one of my favorite things to do. Go to the Custom Design page in the shop. You will be prompted to answer questions and choose your options.
When you purchase a digital print from my shop, you are purchasing an item that will not be shipped. Instead, you a purchasing a file that you will download after purchase. You will then use your own printer and/or a printing service to print your purchased design.
Due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, colors may appear different in print than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used. You may take your digital file to a printer for professional printing if desired.
You may not purchase a digital download and then request in the notes for me to mail you a copy. This is not an option.

All artwork purchased from Saved by Grace Co is for personal use only.
Your items will be shipped USPS (United States Postal Service). Typically shipping is between 2-3 business days.
I do not ship on Sunday's.
There are times when the Postal Service isn't as easy on my products as I had wished. If you receive an item that is damaged in any way, please do the following:
- Go to Contact Me,
- Send a photo of the damage. (You will need to e-mail your photo to email@example.com)
We will work together to make it right.
If your tracking notification shows details that you have received your package, it will be assumed that you have indeed received your package. If you have not and tracking states otherwise, it is your responsibility to contact the USPS.
Why haven't i received my order yet?
First, remember the processing time. Processing time is completely separate than shipping time. You will need to calculate the two together to figure your estimated arrival time.
Apparel: I typically process apparel orders daily. However, at least allow 1-2 business days for me to process, package and mail.
Custom Order Signs: For custom orders, depending on the nature of your order, design process, etc. I will communicate with you on how long it will take. We will communicate on your desires for design, sizing, etc. All of this information is dependent on how long it will take to process your order
Pre-Designed Signs: Each frame is handmade to order. I do not keep a stock of any signs, as I like to pray for each of you as your signs are made. The processing time for pre-designed signs is 7-10 business days. This is an allowance for cutting your wood, staining and putting together your frame!
